For couples whose wedding plans fall outside of these experiences, a custom wedding collection with a defined number of hours may be available on a limited, case-by-case basis.
Custom collections are thoughtfully designed around your ceremony, key moments, and overall vision, ensuring your day is documented with care and intention—never rushed or incomplete. Availability for custom coverage is limited and subject to date, location, and scheduling considerations.

Booking & Initial Payment
All weddings require a $250 non-refundable initial payment to reserve your wedding date. Weddings are not officially booked until the non-refundable initial payment is received.
Sales Tax
Wedding pricing does not include North Carolina sales tax. Applicable tax will be added to your total at checkout.
Travel
Travel is included within a 15-mile radius of Elizabeth City, NC.
For locations beyond this radius, a travel rate of $1.00 per mile will apply, along with a non-refundable travel time fee:
- $50 per hour of travel
- $10 for travel under one hour
Travel fees are calculated based on round-trip mileage and time.
Second Shooter Travel
Travel is included within a 15-mile radius of Elizabeth City, NC.
For locations beyond this radius, a travel rate of $1.00 per mile will apply.
- $25 per hour of travel

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD YOU BOOK YOUR WEDDING?
I recommend booking as soon as you have your date and venue secured, as wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING FOR MY PREFERRED SEASON?
If you have a specific season in mind for your wedding, booking as early as possible is always recommended. Many clients reach out months or a year in advance to plan ahead, especially for spring and fall weddings, which tend to fill quickly.
Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once the non-refundable initial payment has been received. Reaching out early allows for more flexibility in date selection, but availability is not held until your wedding is officially booked.
DO I TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS
Yes, I do! Travel is included within a 15-mile radius of Elizabeth City, NC. Locations outside of that radius will incur a travel fee, which will be discussed prior to booking.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
In addition to my online payment options, I accept cash, Venmo, PayPal and Apple Pay for all payments.
CAN YOU MAKE PAYMENTS TOWARD YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY COLLECTION?
Yes! After the non-refundable initial payment is made to secure your date, you’re welcome to make payments at any time leading up to your final payment due date. This allows you to break up the total into smaller, manageable payments if you’d like. I also update your invoice after each payment so you can always see your remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the final payment deadline outlined in your contract.
WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?
The final payment is due two weeks before your scheduled wedding date. This ensures everything is completed and allows us to focus fully on your day.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE YOUR WEDDING TIMELINE?
Absolutely, I work closely with my couples to create a custom timeline to ensure your day flows smoothly and every important moment is captured.
DO I PROVIDE A SECOND SHOOTER?
Yes! A second shooter may be included depending on your wedding collection or can be added for additional coverage.
DO YOU OFFER COVERAGE FOR THE WEDDING REHEARSAL AND DINNER?
Yes, I do! Wedding rehearsal & dinner coverage is available at an investment rate of $200 per hour.
HOW LOND DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FINAL EDITED GALLERY?
I understand the excitement and anticipation of receiving your final wedding images. Sneak peeks are delivered within 48 hours of your wedding, giving you a glimpse into your gallery while the full collection is being carefully curated.
My typical turnaround time for the final edited gallery is approximately six to eight weeks, or up to 10 weeks during peak season, depending on the volume of images and the level of retouching required.
Each gallery is edited with care and intention, as I prioritize quality and attention to detail to ensure your images are beautifully finished and worth the wait.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL YOU RECEIVE?
The number of images varies based on your coverage, but you can expect a fully curated gallery with all quality images included that tells the complete story of your day, delivered with both color and black & white versions.
DO I GIVE ACCESS TO THE RAW IMAGES?
I do not deliver RAW images. All photos are professionally edited to reflect my style and the quality of work you see in my portfolio.
CAN YOU PRINT OR ORDER YOUR WEDDING IMAGES THROUGH KMP?
Yes! You’ll receive a print release, allowing you to print your images wherever you choose, along with access to professional print options through your gallery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS UNFAVORABLE ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING?
While we all hope for beautiful weather, it’s something we simply can’t control. If conditions become unfavorable, whether that’s rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or cold, we will follow your venue’s backup plan or transition to an indoor or covered location that you’ve pre-selected.
For light rain, I do come prepared with clear umbrellas, which photograph beautifully and allow us to still capture meaningful outdoor moments when possible.
The key is preparation. Having a backup plan ensures your day can continue smoothly and stress-free, no matter what happens. And no matter the setting, I’ll be there to capture your day beautifully and intentionally.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE YOUR WEDDING DAY DUE TO AN EMERGENCY?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have a trusted network of professional photographers I can call on to ensure your day is still fully covered.
WHAT SETS ME A PART?

AM I INSURED?
